Leader Company on Telecommunications Advertising headquartered in Connecticut, USA is looking for Customer Care Representative Positions.
As a Customer Care Representative, you answer or direct incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding day to day operations as well as new products or solutions.
Qualified candidates will have high school education or equivalent as well as exceptional interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Clients are located at USA and bilingual English level is a must.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing world-class Customer Care via phone, e-mail, or Messenger. Providing product benefits to potential customers.
Explaining the value of the service to existing customer or offering new services.
Assisting customer in a professional and empathetic manner with account inquiries and general presales/retention questions when necessary.
Requirements:
Must have a “customer first” attitude and be service oriented, friendly and possess a positive attitude.
Outstanding written and verbal skills are required.
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Computer proficiency with the ability to handle multiple PC applications at once.
Strong sense of urgency, follow-through and attention to detail.
