PMN (Production Media Network) has partnered whith BermiLabs create a new line of web applications for the visual media industry.

This is an exiting and challenging project for us. We will team up with PMN to provide support on application development and IT consultancy.

We will also help them to hire and train the future CTO for their new business lines.

## What are we looking for?

We are looking for a smart and communicative developer who will have real influence in the future direction and success of PMN products and services.

The ideal candidate will be willing to take on a leadership role, and will have a passion for good design, both visual and technical.

### Qualifications include:

* Mastering on PHP4/5, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS and XHTML
* Experience developing, implementing, and supporting web applications through the full development life cycle
* Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
* Solid understanding and practical experience in Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns and Unit Testing
* Are experienced using MVC frameworks, preferably Rails/Akelos
* Great team mate, trustworthy, responsible, committed and punctual

### We also value people who:

* Are SEO and analytics gurus
* Have usability and aesthetic criterion
* Know one of more of these languages: Python, ObjectiveC, erlang, C, C++, ActionScript, Perl, Java, smalltalk…
* Can administrate LAMP infrastructures
