We are recruiting senior free lance SAP consultants for projects in the European Union and Latin America.

We are looking for applicants from a consulting background and in particular candidates who have 3.5+ years of SAP experience in any of the following modules FI, CO, BW, SD, MM, PP, CS, QM, WM, HR. English skills are required; other languages are a plus.

The candidates successfully recruited into these roles will be able to:

* Work as part of a project team delivering high quality ERP solutions.
* Configure and implement SAP modules as part of the delivery team on an SAP ERP implementation project.
* Understand SAP Business Processes and be recognised as functionally excellent by the client.
* Consult on business issues and the SAP module(s) to deliver lasting value as part of client engagements.
*Work with minimal supervision to produce consulting work products in more than one phase of an SAP ERP delivery project.
*Develop and sustain positive working relationships with client management and staff during engagements.
* Demonstrate advanced core consulting skills, SAP module(s) expertise and business knowledge to support delivery to clients.
* Coach other consulting and delivery staff contributing to their professional development.

Desired experience
The applicant should be an experienced SAP consultant who has significant experience of the SAP module(s) and deep understanding of inter-module integration.

The successful candidate will have experience of:

Working on a SAP ERP implementation project as part of the delivery team.
At least two projects including the full implementation cycle with major multinational companies.

Additional information
The potential candidate is likely to:
* Possess a degree or have the relevant experience
* Have experience of working in different organizations and be able to integrate successfully into and negotiate their way around differing cultures.

It is vital that candidates are willing to work in Latin America and in the EU – fly-backs to home countries are provided. A passport of an EU country is a must for projects in the European Union.

Current assignments are for up to 12 months with daily rates ranging from 250 to 400 Euros depending on experience and location. Local travelling and accommodation are also provided by the client.
